An Explanation of Exit's Outstanding Formula
10% Sponsoring Residuals
When a salesperson is recruited into EXIT's Team, each transaction that the new recruit closes, generates a bonus that's equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions( limited to the first $100,000) earned by the recruit, payable to the sponsor . The bonus is paid by EXIT's head office, and not charged from the new recruit's commissions. And it continues for as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates closed transactions. An individual's earnings through sponsoring are limited ony by that same individual's dedication and output. The sky's the limit.
7% Sponsoring Residuals
Should an "EXIT" salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, the retiree will still receive sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established from those recruits who continue to produce. Also, the retiring agent extends his or privilege of sponsoring and enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company. That means more money and security which equals more peace of mind once you do retire.
5% Beneficiary Residuals
